ELL Environmental's (HKG:1395) Indonesian unit Rimba Palma Sejahtera Lestari will acquire certain equipment from Hong Kong Core Xin Technology for $3.5 million.

The equipment comprises 1,600 units of the VolcMiner D1, an application-specific integrated circuit machine, alongside all components, accessories, and documentation, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The equipment is expected to be delivered on or around August, the wastewater treatment services company said.
