Singapore Shipping (SGX:S19) Chief Operating Officer Lim Bee Lan will step down from her role at subsidiary Island Line, effective Aug. 14, citing personal reasons, according to a Monday Singapore bourse filing.

The company said there were no unresolved disagreements between Lim and the board.

Lim, who was appointed COO in July 2014, holds 491,958 shares in the company.
