Shandong Hi-speed (SHA:600350) issued super short-term commercial paper worth 1 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.44% and a term of 133 days, maturing Nov. 25.
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (SHA:601398, HKG:1398) served as the bookrunner and lead underwriter of the issuance.
The Chinese transportation infrastructure company's shares fell 2% during the afternoon trade.
