GF Securities (SHE:000776, HKG:1776) plans to issue two tranches of short-term bonds amounting to 6 billion yuan, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.

The bonds, which is expected to be offered on Wednesday, July 15, have an inter-tranche reallocation option and there is no limit on the reallocation ratio.

The first tranche will mature in 287 days, maturing April 29, 2027, and the second tranche will mature in 357 days, maturing July 8, 2027.

Proceeds from the bond will be used to pay debt for other bonds.

The securities company's Shenzhen bourse rose 1% during the morning trade.
