Shoucheng (HKG:0697) said a fund managed by its Shoucheng Capital unit invested in Shenzhen Shuoguang Precision Technology, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Shuoguang Precision develops laser precision manufacturing technology for high-end optical interconnect devices and specializes in structured glass components for optical communications, the filing said.

Shoucheng said the investment will support the company's production base construction and capacity expansion, accelerating large-scale commercialization.
