Shares of Inhibrx Biosciences fell after the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company said it expanded its loan agreement with Oxford Finance to $500 million.

The stock was down 4.4% to $87.22 in recent trading, but rose 10% since the start of the year.

Inhibrx said the expansion adds $325 million to its initial loan of $175 million.

In connection with the loan, the company issued the lenders warrants to purchase 21,457 shares of common stock at a strike price of $93.21 per share.

Chief Financial Officer Kelly Deck said the loan would push momentum in advancing ozekibart and INBRX-106, precision engineered immunotherapies, as the company awaits key upcoming data readouts.
