Regions Financial Raises Dividend by 13%

Regions Financial raised its quarterly dividend by 13%, to 30 cents a share, from 26.5 cents.

The new payout, equal to $1.20 a year, represents an annual yield of about 3.8% based on Wednesday's closing price of $31.48.

The dividend is payable Oct. 1 to stockholders of record Sept. 1, the Regions Bank parent company said.
