Adlai Nortye (ANL) said Thursday it has dosed the first patient in the US in the intermittent weekly dosing arm of its phase 1 trial evaluating AN9025 in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring RAS mutations.
The company said that intermittent dosing offers a differentiated approach and may widen the therapeutic window based on preclinical data.
Adlai said it plans to share initial phase 1 dose escalation data in the first half of next year from the continuous once-daily arm of the study, with a potential early look at the once-weekly arm.
