Technology One (ASX:TNE) said that Chief Financial Officer Cale Bennett will step away from his current role to assume the position of executive vice president of regulated industries, effective Aug. 1, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Giovanni Rizzo, general manager of investor relations, will assume the role of acting CFO, per the filing.

The company has initiated the process of appointing a permanent CFO, the filing said.

The company also reaffirmed its upgraded fiscal 2026 guidance, targeting the top end of its range with projected profit before tax growth of 18% to 20% and annual recurring revenue growth of 16% to 18%, the filing added.

Technology One's shares shed about 1% in recent Thursday trade.
