In this role, Mr. Mahan will be responsible for leading the newly formed segment, which provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and heat transfer solutions for the commercial, industrial, and aerospace markets.

Prior to that, he held senior executive roles leading multi-billion-dollar global businesses at Schneider Electric. Before joining Schneider Electric, he held executive roles of increasing responsibility at former GE companies. Mr. Mahan holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
