Triller Group (ILLR) said Wednesday the Nasdaq (NDAQ) Hearings Panel granted it an extension until July 30 to meet the minimum bid price rule.
The business must maintain a closing share price of at least $1 for 20 straight business days to maintain its listing, the company said.
The decision pushes back a previous deadline that required the stock to stay above the threshold for 10 consecutive business days by the end of June, Triller Group said.
Shares of the company were down fractionally in Wednesday premarket activity.
