The movie theater chain posted record revenue of $1.6 billion, a 14.2% year-over-year jump for the second quarter, driven by a stronger domestic box office.
"We believe that movie theatres will enjoy, in the full twelve months of 2026, their strongest yet post-pandemic year, at both the domestic and the global box office," said CEO Adam Aron.
The company's stock rose more than 15% premarket.
