Agencia Comercial Spirits (AGCC) said Friday its subsidiaries have signed agreements related to its planned expansion into AI computing projects in Indonesia.

Agency said a subsidiary has signed a binding letter of award with an independent contractor to build a datacenter in West Java, Indonesia. The contract amount is in the range of about $40 million to $50 million, it said.

Separately, a subsidiary has signed a contract of about $10.1 million with a supplier to buy network infrastructure equipment, the company said, adding the same subsidiary has signed a five-year technical service and equipment maintenance agreement of about $1 million with a provider.
