Honeywell Aerospace Signs New Contracts With Aeromexico, IndiGo

Honeywell Aerospace (HONA) signed new contracts to deliver its Surface Alerts runway safety technology to Aeromexico, the company said Monday.

Aeromexico plans to deploy Surface Alerts, or SURF-A, across a fleet of more than 100 Boeing (BA) 737 NG and 737 MAX aircraft, Honeywell said.

The Federal Aviation Administration's certification of SURF-A on several Boeing aircraft is expected to start in Q4 and continue through 2027, the company added.
