GF Securities (SHE:000776, HKG:1776) on July 20 will pay annual interest on its 25 GF C5 subordinated bonds carrying a 1.85% coupon.

The three-year bonds yield 18.50 yuan per 1,000-yuan lot. The record date is July 17, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The bonds have a current outstanding balance of 4.16 billion yuan.

Shares of the brokerage slipped 1% in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
