Docebo (DCBO) raised its preliminary Q2 total revenue outlook to between $68.3 million and $68.5 million, up from its previous guidance of $66.7 million to $66.9 million, and up from $60.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $65.3 million.
For Q3, the company expects revenue of $69.5 million to $69.7 million. Analysts expect $67.2 million.
For 2026, the company lifted its revenue estimate to between $274.5 million and $276.5 million, up from its previous guidance of $271.0 million and $273.0 million. Analysts expect $265.6 million.
The company said its board approved a substantial issuer bid under which the company will offer to repurchase for cancellation up to $70 million of its outstanding common shares at a price of $20.40 per share.
The company intends to fund the offer with a combination of approximately $10 million in cash and a roughly $60 million drawdown on its credit facility, it said.
