Top Eminent Healthcare Group (HKG:6877) expects an attributable profit of HK$1 million for the six months ended June 30, compared with an attributable loss of HK$2.2 million a year prior.

The company attributed the forecast to revenue growth in its core healthcare business, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Separately, the company received letters from legal representatives of Banclogix claiming a certain amount of legal costs under litigation proceedings.

The company said it did not agree on the amount and the final costs payable by the company will have to be determined by the relevant court.
