Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML) said its Golden Gate project in Idaho, US, has been added to the US Federal FAST-41 Permitting Transparency Program, a designation that is expected to accelerate permitting timelines, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Golden Gate is one of several advancing components within the company's Horse Heaven project, which also includes the recently acquired Johnson Creek tungsten mill and historical tungsten stockpiles adjacent to the Golden Gate tungsten mine portal, per the filing.

The program provides the company with a clear pathway to progress its proposed bulk sampling and drilling activities at the Antimony Ridge project, Resolution Minerals said.

The US Forest Service accepted a plan of operations for Golden Gate for an exploration and development program that will include the construction of new roads and allow up to 340 drill holes and 2,000 feet of trenching, the company said.

Resolution Minerals shares fell 4% in recent Friday trade.
