Immunome (IMNM) said Monday that the first patient has been dosed in its phase 1 trial evaluating IM-3050, an investigational therapy for advanced solid tumors.

The trial, an open-label, multicenter dose-escalation and expansion study, is meant to determine the safety, tolerability, dosimetry, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of IM-3050 in participants with fibroblast activation protein-expressing advanced solid tumors, the company said.
