Red Violet's (RDVT) Forewarn unit said Monday it expanded into the home healthcare industry with a safety platform designed to provide caregivers and agencies with pre-visit household insights.

The service allows users to verify identities and obtain information on potential criminal history and sex offender status of possible household occupants before entering residences.

The platform is available through a mobile app and web interface for individual users, while organizations can integrate the service into scheduling, electronic health record and workforce management systems through an application programming interface, or API.
