Lyntris (LYNX) filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock, the company said Thursday.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined.

Lyntris has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol LYNX, it added.
