French warehouse specialist Argan and Belgian peer WDP agreed to create a 13 billion-euro logistics real estate company through an all-share merger. WDP's development activities in France should benefit from the merger, they note. Additionally, both rental portfolios appear complementary, with high tenant solvency and good-quality properties in strategic locations, they say.
