Embraer (EMBJ) and Abra Group said Tuesday they signed an agreement for Abra to acquire 20 E195-E2 aircraft, with options and purchase rights that could increase the order to as many as 45 jets.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The agreement includes 10 purchase options and 15 purchase rights, subject to certain conditions. Deliveries are expected to begin in Q4 of 2027 and continue progressively thereafter.

The order will be added to Embraer's Q3 backlog once all final conditions are met, according to a joint statement.
