Findi (ASX:FND) said its securities will remain suspended from trading, with the halt in place since June 22, as the company continues its strategic review, debt restructuring efforts, and discussions to secure long-term funding, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company is advancing documentation for a proposed debt financing transaction that is expected to strengthen its funding position and improve financial certainty, per the filing.

The company added that it is unable to finalize and lodge its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31 because its financing discussions remain ongoing, the filing said.
