GE Healthcare (GEHC) Chief Financial Officer James Saccaro will step down after more than a three-year stint, and Chief Accounting Officer George Newcomb will assume the role of interim CFO, the company said Thursday.

Saccaro will remain with the company through Aug. 14 to support Newcomb's transition. Newcomb has also served as the company's controller since 2016.

The company expects fiscal second-quarter adjusted EPS to come in above its prior expectation.

GE Healthcare reported preliminary revenue of $5.30 billion for the three months ended June 30, up 5.7% from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected revenue of $5.26 billion.

The company also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS outlook of $4.80 to $5.00.
