Integrated Research Flags Weaker Fiscal 2026 Outlook as Revenue Falls

Integrated Research (ASX:IRI) expects a weaker fiscal 2026 trading performance, with revenue set to decline as softer renewal activity, reduced second-half new business contributions and delayed customer decisions weigh on growth, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company forecasts fiscal 2026 revenue of AU$56 million to AU$58 million, down from AU$68.3 million in fiscal 2025, while pro forma revenue is expected to decline 13% to AU$64 million to AU$66 million as new business growth was insufficient to offset customer churn, per the filing.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization was impacted by expected credit losses and foreign exchange movements, although performance in the second half showed modest improvement, the filing said.

The company maintained strong cash generation despite softer earnings, with cash reserves rising 27% to AU$51.7 million, supporting continued investment in product-led growth and innovation, the filing added.

The company's shares fell around 2% in recent Friday trade.
