AppFolio (APPF) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $1.71 per diluted share, up from $1.38 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.69.

Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $281.1 million from $235.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $277.4 million.

The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.117 billion to $1.127 billion from $1.11 billion to $1.125 billion. Analysts expect $1.12 billion.
