Vita Coco (COCO) said late Wednesday it has acquired Copra, a producer of Thai Nam Hom coconut water, to expand its market share of coconut water category.

The purchase price consisted of an upfront payment of $175 million, and additional payments of $45 million to $100 million in 2029 based on 2028 performance, Vita said, adding that the initial price consisted of 80% cash and the balance in shares.

Copra expects full year 2026 net sales to be greater than $100 million, the company said.
