The Singapore real-estate investment trust's proposed sale of a vacant data-center asset at a hefty premium underscores its portfolio's value, he says. The REIT's rent increases should come in at high-single-digit percentage for 2026, boosted by the Singapore logistics and business space, and life sciences segments, he adds.
