Argenx's (ARGX) Vyvgart posted a strong Q2 beat on organic demand in myasthenia gravis and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, prefilled syringe uptake, and a label expansion, RBC Capital Markets said in a note emailed Friday.

The firm highlighted that most payers have dropped serology testing requirements ahead of treatment, potentially removing an adoption barrier, while Japan results included a one-time benefit tied to a wholesaler distribution change.

RBC said sequential growth topped prior-year trends, suggesting sales may be inflecting further ahead of a potential ocular myasthenia gravis label expansion.

RBC noted the pivotals for both myositis and multifocal motor neuropathy are on track to read out in the second half of the year.

RBC maintained its outperform rating and increased the price target to 1,025 from $945.
