IWOW Technology (SGX:NXR) received a listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange for its proposed placement of up to 66.7 million shares at SG$0.225 per share, according to a Monday bourse filing.

The Internet of Things solutions provider said the placement shares are subject to compliance with the listing requirements and are required to be placed out within seven market days from the date of the notice.
