For Q3, the company expects FFO of $0.63 to $0.65 per share. Analysts expect $64.
For the full-year 2026, the company lowered its outlook and said it now expects FFO of $2.47 to $2.55, compared with $2.48 to $2.58 previously. Analysts expect $2.53.
