GE Healthcare Q2 Prelim Likely to Ease Overhang, RBC Says

GE Healthcare Technologies' (GEHC) preliminary Q2 report should ease investor worries over cost inflation and other issues, RBC Capital Markets said in a Thursday note.

The firm pre-released Q2 results with organic revenue above consensus and a material EPS upside surprise, the report said. GE also said CFO James Saccaro will step down from his role.

The note said it was a "positive" event for the stock amid cautious investor sentiment heading into Q2 over cost inflation, tariff headwinds, and hospital capital spending uncertainty.

"We believe the constructive tone (strong orders, healthy end market demand)...paired with 2026 guide reaffirmation should help alleviate some near-term overhang and the CFO transition," the report said.

RBC maintained its outperform rating and a $80 price target.
