Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (KTOS) said Monday that it has developed and delivered a compact, high-performance turbomachinery solution for Lockheed Martin's (LMT) ramjet propulsion system.

Prior to the delivery of the turbomachinery, Kratos Defense conducted a comprehensive test campaign to validate operating points, component durability, and performance, the company said.

Shares of the company were up 1.7% in Monday premarket activity.
