Maison Solutions (MSS) said Monday it has received a Nasdaq notice confirming that the company has regained compliance with the annual meeting requirement under its listing rule.

The rule requires the firm to conduct an annual meeting of stockholders no later than a year after the end of its fiscal year, according to a statement.

The matter is now closed, the company said.
