Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment (SHA:688630, HKG:9630) completed four projects funded from a private placement launched in 2023, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The Chinese printed circuit board maker's projects funded by the private placement are a direct-write lithography equipment industrial application deepening and expansion project, an IC carrier board and carrier-like direct-write lithography equipment industrialization project, a key subsystems and core components independent R&D project, and a working capital supplementation project.

Of the 789.4 million raised in net proceeds, 189.3 million yuan remained.

Shares rose nearly 8% in Hong Kong during afternoon trading on Monday.
