Totm Technologies (SGX:42F) warned it expects to report a net loss for the financial year ended May 31, mainly due to a remeasurement loss after losing significant influence over an associate, according to a Friday Singapore Exchange filing.

The expected loss resulted from reclassifying the investment from an equity-method associate to a financial asset measured at fair value through profit or loss.

The company said the impact was compounded by weaker profitability at the investee compared with the previous financial year.

TOTM said it is finalizing its FY2026 results and expects to release its unaudited financial statements on or around July 30.
