Hilton Worldwide (HLT) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $2.29 per diluted share, up from $2.20 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.27.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $3.34 billion, up from $3.14 billion a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.32 billion.
The company also said it expects Q3 adjusted earnings to be between $2.28 and $2.34 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.43.
Hilton now expects 2026 adjusted earnings to be between $8.89 and $9.01 per share, compared with its previous outlook of $8.79 and $8.91. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $9.
Shares of the company were down 2.2% in Tuesday's premarket activity.
