Revenue for the three months ended June 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $186.7 million, up from $171.2 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $188.8 million.
The company raised its quarterly dividend to $0.40 per share from $0.37, payable Sept. 15 to stockholders of record as of Sept. 1.
