CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) indirect subsidiary CITIC CCFC Capital Management has secured a 100-million-yuan credit facility from CITIC Bank (SHA:601998, HKG:0998) for over-the-counter derivatives trading.

Another indirect subsidiary, CCFC Global Financing Leasing, will provide the guarantee for a three-year term with no counter-guarantee, according to a Thursday aftermarket filing with the Shanghai bourse.
