EQ Resources (ASX:EQR) said it plans to seek a US listing on either Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange in 2027 to broaden its access to institutional investors, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The plan "follows a clear change in the composition of the company's share register towards US investors," EQ Resources said, adding that a US listing would improve its market visibility and support engagement with US customers.
