Shares of Apnimed are set to make their trading debut Friday after the clinical-stage pharmaceutical company's upsized initial public offering was priced at the high end of expectations, raising $192 million.
Apnimed late Thursday said it is selling 12 million shares at $16 each in the IPO, compared with prior plans to offer 10 million shares at between $14 and $16 apiece.
Apnimed shares are due to begin trading later Friday on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol APMD.
