The 99-year leasehold site that houses a cluster of conserved buildings at Chitty Road and Veerasamy Road drew seven bids in a tender by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), which closed on July 28. \nYK Land submitted the top bid for the 3,407 sqm site, at $35,288,000.
