Keppel REIT's (SGX:K71U) distribution per unit, or DPU, slipped 4% to SG$0.0261 in the first half of 2026 ended June 30, from SG$0.0272 a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Distributable income from operations rose over 25% to SG$119.6 million from SG$95.5 million a year ago.

Net property income attributable to shareholders rose 13.3% to SG$112.1 million from SG$98.9 million a year ago.

Total property income was up 17% to SG$159.3 million from SG$136.5 million a year earlier.

The trust's shares were up nearly 3% in recent trade.
