EMCOR (EME) reported Q2 earnings Thursday of $9.06 per diluted share, up from $6.72 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $5.15 billion, up from $4.3 billion a year earlier.

For 2026, the company raised diluted EPS guidance to $32 to $33.25 from $28.25 to $29.75 previously and increased its revenue forecast to $20 billion to $20.5 billion from $18.5 billion to $19.25 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $29.32 and revenue of $19 billion.
Shares of the company were up 13% in premarket activity.
