DMC Global Shares Rise After 2Q Earnings, FY26 Revenue Guidance Beat Estimates

Shares of DMC Global rose after the diversified holding company's second-quarter earnings and fiscal 2026 revenue guidance beat estimates.

The stock was up nearly 19% to $6.43 in recent trading, but fell 4.2% since the start of the year.

DMC logged a profit of $507,000, compared with $116,000 a year earlier. On a per-share basis, the company reported a profit of 10 cents compared with a loss of 24 cents in the year-ago quarter.

Adjusted earnings per share were four cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of 15 cents a share.

Revenue was up 1% to $157 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $149 million.

The company said consolidated sales were driven by improved results at Arcadia Products, DMC's building products business.

Chief Executive James O'Leary said that though its business continues to be impacted by difficult end market conditions, the company benefited from specific improvement initiatives, most notably at Arcadia.

DMC forecast third-quarter revenue between $158 million and $168 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting sales of $157.4 million.
