Arm (ARM) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.45 per diluted share, up from $0.35 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.40.
Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $1.29 billion, up from $1.05 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $1.26 billion.
For fiscal Q2, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.47, plus or minus $0.04, on revenue of $1.38 billion, plus or minus $50 million.
Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $0.44 on revenue of $1.34 billion.
