Acadia Healthcare (ACHC) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.38 per diluted share, down from $0.83 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $865.8 million, down from $869.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $844.2 million.

For 2026, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $1.45 to $1.60 on revenue of $3.40 billion and $3.45 billion. It previously expected adjusted EPS of $1.35 to $1.60 on revenue of $3.37 billion to $3.45 billion.

Analysts expect $1.51 and $3.41 billion, respectively.

Acadia Healthcare shares were down more than 2% in after-hours activity.
