Crocs Q2 Non-GAAP Net Income, Revenue Increase; 2026 Outlook Lifted; Share Buyback Raised

Crocs (CROX) reported Q2 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $4.55 per diluted share, up from $4.23 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.18 billion, up from $1.15 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $1.15 billion.

For Q3, the company expects adjusted diluted EPS of $3.20 to $3.30. Analysts expect $3.53. Revenue growth for Q3 is projected to be roughly flat year on year.

For 2026, the company lifted its guidance and now expects adjusted diluted EPS to be between $13.70 and $14.00, compared with previous guidance of $13.20 to $13.75. Analysts expect $13.69.

Full-year revenue is now expected to grow 1% to 2%, compared with previous guidance of down 1% to up 1%.

The company said it has approved a $1.5 billion increase to its share buyback authorization, leaving about $2.0 billion for repurchases.

Shares of the company were down more than 12% in premarket activity Thursday.
