Seagate Technology (STX) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $5.71 per diluted share, up from $2.59 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.10.
Revenue for the three months ended July 3 was $3.63 billion, up from $2.44 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $3.50 billion.
For fiscal Q1, the company expects adjusted EPS of $7.10 to $7.50 on revenue of $4.0 billion to $4.2 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $5.85 on revenue of $3.78 billion.
The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.74 per share, payable Oct. 7 to stockholders of record Sept. 24.
